Our contribution
Our consultant was able to help Tangeborgh well with the rise of the COVID-19 pandemic. At Tangenborgh, she participated in the turbulent logistics process surrounding the COVID-19 materials. At the time of the pandemic, the logistics department was responsible for providing and distributing all COVID-19 material and thereby controlling outbreaks. She has applied process analyzes and recommended various process optimisations. She also contributed to the professionalization of the department by delivering a future-proof plan for staff deployment, innovative solutions and a more efficient allocation of responsibility.
