Our contribution
As Site Service Manager, a consultant was responsible for the operational organization of the Soft Services within the campus environment. He also took on the coordination of these Facility soft services in the office and the production environment, including setting up and managing the Service desk. .
A young professional took care of the optimization of the Supplier Information Management tool, in order to increase the compliance of the suppliers. In addition, with the information obtained, a choice could be made for preferred suppliers, which has led to a more sustainable supply chain.
