Our contribution
PGGM was looking for a professional with substantive expertise in the field of FM for the implementation and concretization of hybrid working in the physical work environment. There was also a need for support in other facility areas.
Our young professional, together with the Service Manager, set up, maintain and monitor an agile service that matched customer needs. In which work processes and productivity of employees were supported and stimulated. The young professional took part in the implementation of hybrid working in the work environment and Facility Services: from adapting the existing work environment, implementing a new workplace mix, helping teams to start working in a hybrid manner, to arranging new service concepts. The young professional supported the responsible FM colleagues with word, but above all with deed.
