Our contribution
The Municipality of Venlo needed broadly deployable support within the Facilities team. Our consultant and young professional started working as Senior Facility Management and Support Senior Facility Management. Our young professional has set up and optimized the FMIS system (TOP desk). This also included setting up the asset management and operational management module. The subjects that the professional also dealt with at the Municipality of Venlo were the preparation and optimization of various processes, including the key process, stock management and visitor registration. In addition, it has drawn up a Facilities Manual in which all processes can be found.
