Our contribution
A consultant has temporarily held the position of Manager Operations. He was responsible for the Asset Management and was responsible for the operational and tactical management of all Soft and Building Services on the Campus. This mainly concerned the management of suppliers and partners and the various associated projects related to the development of the Campus. The Operations Manager was also responsible for relationship management. He did this by making an inventory of wishes and needs and advising tenants. Connecting tenants and supporting the ecosystem of the campus were also part of the range of tasks.
