Financial Management
In this module, topics as outsourcings costs, budgeting, service level agreements, price setting and benchmarking are given.
Human Resource Management
Central in this module are given case studies concerning Human Resource Management. In addition, Participants are expected to present real life cases based on their organisation.
Strategic Management
In this module, benchmarking in relation to market and organisational development are discussed. In addition to provision for the own workplace strategy there is a focus on outsourcing, supply chain management, globalization and political agendas.
Real Estate and Facility Management
Topics such as integration of services, Real Estate Management, Front-office and Back-office concepts, Shared Service Centres and Account M anagement are part of this module.
Operational Management
Addressed are- in addition to the methodological emphasis in the area of practical business research and operational management - the following topics: control paradigms and the control function, shared service centers, front office - back office concepts, the impact of ICT on service processes, and process innovation in facility management.
Graduation phase
Writing the Thesis should contain an innovative facility theme which can transcend the merits of the own organisation. Scientifically research should form the basis of this final product.

Training costsThe training costs are € 3,275 per module, - (excluding accommodation: € 1200, - and study materials: € 100 ,-).*
The cost for the graduation phase are € 3.275, - (plus € 350, - examination fee and € 650, - accommodation) .*
