Interim management, secondment, and mediation are becoming more and more core-business for IFMEC 

In addition, mediation - placing a Facility Manager at an organisation for a certain period -  at large and middle large organisation increases within IFMEC. IFMEC finds herself in a unique position in comparison to other mediation bureaus. This is thanks to the comprehensive knowledge as well as experience IFMEC built up over the years. IFMEC is an expert when it comes to Facility Management. There are about 500 managers who are represented by IFMEC.
